SciFig "Invite & Earn" Activity Terms
Important Notice
Please review these terms carefully before joining — especially the sections covering how to complete tasks and how rewards are issued. By taking part in this activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, SciFig may update or adjust any part of these terms at any time, including the rules and operational details. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and your continued participation means you accept the latest version.
1. Activity Period
The "Invite & Earn" activity is currently open and runs on an ongoing basis. If the activity period changes, SciFig will announce the update on this page in advance.
2. How It Works
- While the activity is live, you can copy your invite link or invite code from the invitation page, share them directly with friends, or send an invite straight to a friend's email. Direct invitation emails currently support Gmail and Googlemail addresses only. Once the referred friend completes registration, both you and the new user will receive credits.
- Friends who successfully register through your invite can continue to participate in the activity and invite their own friends.
- New users who do not sign up through an invite link have up to 72 hours after registration to enter an inviter's code. Once the window closes, the option to enter a code will no longer be available.
- Each newly registered account can redeem one invite code only, and the redemption is final once submitted.
3. Rewards
Inviting friends to register
- During the activity, you can invite friends to register by sharing your invite link or invite code.
- Inviter Reward: 200 credits for every successful new registration. Credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted.
- Invitee Reward: 200 bonus credits upon successful registration, in addition to the standard 150 signup credits and 50 first-day login bonus (up to 400 credits total on day one). The 150 signup credits and 200 invitee bonus are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted. The 50 first-day login bonus is valid only on the same UTC day it is granted.
4. Reward Limits & Redemption
- Each user may invite up to 10 successful new registrations during a single activity cycle.
- Earned credits are for personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or pledged in any form.
- Reward validity periods and usage scopes follow the latest announcement on the SciFig platform.
- After the activity ends, any unclaimed rewards will expire automatically 7 days after the end date.
5. Additional Terms
- You acknowledge that this activity is a promotional reward offer. Rewards are issued only when the listed conditions are met. If you stop participating for any reason, or if you violate any rule, you will not be eligible for the corresponding rewards.
- "Same user" refers to identities linked through any combination of (including but not limited to) a SciFig account, third-party sign-in account, IP address, device fingerprint, and platform operation logs. If one or more of these signals match across accounts, or if patterns suggest batch registration or other invalid behavior, SciFig may treat the accounts as the same user and apply the rules accordingly. Suspected abuse may result in immediate reward forfeiture, account suspension, and exclusion from future activities, in addition to other remedies available under applicable law.
6. Fair Play & Enforcement
Prohibited Activities
The following behaviors are prohibited and may trigger enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
- Self-referrals — using one account to invite another account that you also control.
- Registering or redeeming through disposable, temporary, or alias-based email services, or otherwise using the same underlying inbox to register multiple accounts.
- Using scripts, bots, or any automated tools to register accounts, share invitation links, or redeem invitation codes in bulk.
- Coordinated multi-account activity — multiple accounts that share devices, networks, payment methods, or other identity signals and that invite one another to harvest rewards.
- Obtaining rewards through fraudulent information, falsified identity, chargebacks, or refund reversals.
- Reselling, trading, pooling, or otherwise transferring invitation codes, invitation rewards, or any credits derived from them.
Detection
SciFig employs technical and behavioral safeguards to identify violations. These include, but are not limited to, account linkage analysis, registration patterns, network signals, and platform activity logs. The specific detection methods are not disclosed in order to preserve their effectiveness.
Consequences
If a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, SciFig may take any combination of the following actions, in addition to other remedies available under applicable law:
- Reject pending rewards and reclaim (claw back) rewards already issued, including any credits derived from those rewards.
- Suspend or terminate the implicated account(s).
- Permanently exclude the implicated user(s) from future invitation activities and other promotional programs.
- Pursue further legal or financial remedies in serious or repeated cases.
Final Discretion & Appeal
SciFig reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a participation pattern constitutes abuse. If you believe a legitimate signup was incorrectly flagged, please contact us at hello@scifig.ai with your account details — we will manually review the case in good faith.
